Overview

Vectral Studio develops applications with a strong focus on privacy. This page describes our baseline approach and applies to our website. Some apps may require an app-specific privacy policy depending on the features they use (e.g., advertising or third-party SDKs). In those cases, the app-specific policy applies in addition to this baseline.

Information Collection

  • Personal data: By default, we do not collect personal information such as names, addresses, or contact details through our apps, unless an app explicitly states otherwise.
  • Usage and diagnostics: App platforms (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) may provide aggregated and anonymized diagnostic or crash reports to help improve stability and performance.
  • Payments: If an app includes in-app purchases or subscriptions, all payments are processed directly by Apple or Google. Vectral Studio does not receive or store payment information.

Use of Information

Any available diagnostic or crash information is used solely to improve the reliability, functionality, and user experience of our applications.

Data Sharing

Vectral Studio does not sell, rent, or trade user data. Data is not shared with third parties except when required to operate app store services (such as payment processing by Apple or Google) or to comply with legal obligations. If an app uses third-party SDKs (such as advertising), the relevant app-specific policy will describe that usage.

Data Retention

If you contact us by email, we retain the information you provide (such as your email address and message) only for as long as necessary to respond to your request or provide support.

Children’s Privacy

Vectral Studio applications are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
